wow. you’re like…. me. i can’t believe it. but i promise you, my yard looks waaaay worse. it’s actually just dead now. but try as i might to kill the yucca plant, i now just have ten of them in different places in my yard. those things are evil.

LOL. I’m suddenly glad we don’t have a yard- I have a hard enough time remembering to water the hibiscus on the lanai if it hasn’t rained in 3-4 days.

I can’t imagine being upset with someone for doing our yardwork. Especially if it is for free!
Lucky us, we have neighbors who will do that every once in a while too.
We had our bush from hell dug out by a professional, uh, digger outer guy. Yeah.
Anyway it took him about 5 hours (no backhoe), cost us about 400 bucks (Cdn.) and we planted a garden there a week later.
So, I can give an honest testimonial to the wonderfulness of that route.

If your neighbor ever wants to move, please let me know so I can send him all that our Chamber of Commerce has to offer. My standards for yard care are ridiculously low, and I don’t even try to live up to those . . . so he can mow all he likes (and weed, and repave the driveway . . .)

Why can’t he butt in on the yucca plant, though?
