Sounds like you may have to hire an exorcist to get rid of that Yucca plant!

I thought Yucca plants were pretty cool when we first moved into our house...but now I think they are ugly as shit..and frankly they are kind of scary looking! I think they are pods from another world just waiting for their chance to take over the human race!

I can't believe you are so organized that you actually have a list. The only year end/new year speculation I've done is in the shower.

I need a new brain.

Happy New Year!

The only way to deal with the haters is to ignore them.

Reading about your inlaw issues makes me feel a little less alone. My MIL also gives us a lot of frank, unsolicited advice. And boundaries? Ha! I'm sure it can all be attributed to cultural differences, but that doesn't make it any easier.

Oh, yeah, a three-year-old is *so* much better than a wordless slug. On the other hand, that baby smell and baby Kling-on-ness are much missed hereabouts.

I ditto the advice on watering the yucca plant. It will be dead in no time.

Happy New Year!
