So why didn't you say anything? I'll bet that a number of people participated only because of peer pressure. Surely none of us need any more demands on our time. If I can avoid these sorts of things, I do -- and I always feel like the only bad guy.

Crafty? Yeah, SO not me. My gifts were all storebought b/c I wouldn't have wanted to subject poor Amy D. to anything that I would have attempted to create. I am sure whatever you pick out to send will be fantastic.

hee, heee, don't worry about it, I'm not sure I'll even make the dead line and there isn't a hope in hell of it being a handmade item - and in my case thats a "good thing" for the recipient trust me!

You should have seen my list of great ideas I started off with and then one by one I realized that I was never going to be able to make said "good idea" or it was going to be way over the allowed budget and so now I've just settled on something that I would really like myself and I just hope someone else likes it too -and if not hey its the thought that counts right?

hmmmm unless of course your my secret buddy in which case, you had better knuckle down to it and get shopping for something spectacular! ;)

Heh. Well, if it makes you feel any better, I didn't even think for two seconds about doing anything crafty. I picked up something cute, plus chose a couple of the Empress' "gently worn" dresses that she's outgrown and off they went. Easy. You can do it, Amber, I know you can.
