There is a tiny possibility that a Very Big Thing could happen for us. (No, it is not adding another kid to the family. We are overwelmed as it is, thank you very much.)
The chances that it could actually happen are small. Less than 25%, we think. But even those small odds are enough for us to try to get our affairs in order *just in case*.
We probably won’t know if the VBT might be possible until early next year at the earliest, but right now it is all I can think about. I know this is annoying for me to be mentioning it without giving details, but since the blog is basically for me and for me to remember what has happened in my life later, you will have to live with it.
I will give details, if and when I can. Also, I can’t have any speculation about the VBT in my comments, because I am not supposed to be talking about it at all. So please don’t post your guesses there.

In other areas of my life, I am looking for a good online community that is similar to the old Hipmama or Mamatron boards. I want someplace that covers more than just adoption and parenting.
