Domestic Adoption in China on the Rise, Shedding Stigma

I thought this article was interesting, but I would have liked to see  more discussion on the fact that adoption has always taken place in China, albeit informal adoption.  I hope that China is moving toward a more standardized, formal adoption process which will greatly diminish the opportunity for child trafficking.

(Yes, this is a slacker post.  Sue me.)
