I am somewhat embarrassed to admit I am ecstatically excited about the new season of Real World/Road Rules Challenge.
I can remember watching the first season of Real World when I was in high school. My interest has waxed and waned over the years, but generally speaking, Real World is a show I have watched for the last 15 (?!?) years.
I love that the Challenge show lets you see the incestuous RW/RR relationships as they continue past the end of the show. I like watching the bitching go on and on. I enjoy watching the hookups and how they wreck the teams’ chemistry and chances of sucess.
Seriously, I feel like the show is genius.
I pretty shamelessly watch the Real World and the Challenges, ever since season 2 of RW. My husband feels pretty shameful about it, though.
I too am embarrassed but excited about the new season. The hookups, the back stabbing . . . it’s a guilty pleasure. How long do you think CT will last before getting kicked off the show for doing something stupid?

It is one of my guilty pleasures! I didn’t realize a new season was about to start…I usually stumble on a marathon about 1/2 way through the season and waste hours of a perfectly good day getting sucked into it.
i love it for all the same reasons. it’s my true guilty pleasure. i actually cried when timmy “retired”.
