This is a great story! It sounds like something my mother would have done--having us stand out in the rain and enjoying ourselves because the alternative would be boring, not the standing in line for free burritos, necessarily. I think every child should get to experience this kind of crazy adventure. I bought a fancy new bicycle pump because my DH mentioned we needed one and it'd be nice to have one with the pressure gauge built in. *sigh* Heehee! This is a great story!
