Annual Toy Toss
This evening, we had a little extra time, so M and I worked on our annual pre-Christmas toy toss.
We didn’t throw away nearly as much stuff as last year, but that is good. It turns out we didn’t accumulate many new toys this year so we didn’t have to get rid of so many. It also helps that we moved the playroom to the newly finished basement, so the stuff we have has more space too.
I don’t have time for pics tonight because things are still a little messy from the sorting AND my favorite shows of the week start in about 5 minutes. Maybe I will take some tomorrow though, because when I looked at that old post, I was surprised by how much our organizational system has changed.

I had a giant toy toss today too…. different reason (being very coy here)
Don’t you find it so satidfying to get rid of some of the crap that accumulates? Puzzles with missing pieces, all the art projects they work on but never quite complete. And where do all these stupid little plastic figurines come from????
