When we sold our last house, one couple came through 5 times. Every single time the feedback from the realtor was the same "There isn't a downstairs bathroom." I wondered why they kept coming back - were they hoping one would suddenly appear? Or that we would offer to build one for them? I haven’t had to deal with any major blood crises yet…I hope I can handle them with children because I can’t with adults.

The blood woulda made me panicky too. The bumps and scrapes I can do easily, but the gushers, I am almost like in near, call 911 mode, lol. Which is *not* very helpful, I know. Especially since here in Japan it's 119.:) Your weekend ahead sounds awesome. When my hubby and I lived in Colorado, we would always go to the Asian festivals. Mostly the Japanese ones, but we liked them all, they were all pretty cool. And the food, yumm. I think you guys will be having a fun weekend. :) Poor M. :( Glad it wasn’t serious.
