From our hotel room door: Don’t Prostitute and go whoring. Don’t drug taking, go gambling.
From the Bathroom minibar (for purchase): Man joy sex oil, Woman joy sex oil, 8 new condoms, 2 boxes including paper underpants with condom, 5 decks of cards.
Awesome.

wow, too bad you have the girls with you. sounds like the good-time potential for this place is off the charts!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Paper underpants? I’m confused. Apparently I lead a more sheletered life than I thought!
When we were in China last April, in a fairly rural community in Jiangxi province, we got a knock on the door at about 11:30 p.m. We were all asleep. My husband answered the door and there was a very dolled-up woman there who started talking to us. We should have figured it out right away but in our sleep-daze we thought she was a hotel employee asking about our toilet (which we had had unclogged several times in our brief stay). The high heels should have given it away. She looked over at me in bed and our sleeping child and seemed very perplexed. We finally called over our guide, who was in the room next door, and when she explained that it was a woman looking for men desiring “services” we all had a very good laugh.
Ha! That’s awesome.
We had the same “condiments” at our hotel in Guiping. May was so sweet, she wanted to make sure we knew they were an extra charge!!! lol
Ummm… what exactly are paper underpants? I mean, beyond underpants made of paper?
I guess the paper underpants can be used to when going home if something happens to your own underpants and you can’t weat them.
Iam going to guess the paper underpants are for if you get your period. (But if so, I am puzzled as to why they would be paired with a condom….? ewww.)
I am so enjoying your posts about this trip! Thanks for sharing with us! Thinking of you and wishing you the best
ew. ew ew ew. but i’d really like to see a pic of those paper underpants. sounds so gross, but i can’t help wondering about what in the world they look like.
Paper underpants are actually common in China (though usually not paired with a condom). They are made out of strong paper (those that cannot be ripped easily) and are disposable underwear. They are very convenient when you are away from home.
ROFLMAO
I read thirty tear-jerker, amazing posts from you, but this is the one too irresistible not to comment on. And all I really even want to say is LOL
